Lebanon's Law 81/2018 on the Right of Access to Information and the Protection of Personal Data gives you the right to:
- Access — request a copy of all personal data Cheghel holds about you, in a portable format.
- Correction — ask us to fix data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure — request deletion of your account and the personal data tied to it.
- Audit — review what data the platform stores and why.
We respond to all requests within 30 days. Self-serve actions below are immediate.

Reviews you have written will remain published after account deletion, but the link to your identity will be permanently removed. This is in line with the platform's public-anonymity guarantee for reviewers.
